Propozycja projektu naukowego Irena Klepfisz. Nowoczesne badania nad tożsamością. Niniejsze podanie jest prośbą o dofinansowanie trzech wyjazdów naukowych, które prowadzę w zakresie narracji historycznych i pamiętania ważnych wydarzeń historycznych i ich sposobami prezentacji w nowoczesnych mediach: magazynach internetowych, mediach społecznościowych, czy w kampaniach promocyjnych książek i autorów itp. Są to badania nad nowymi sposobami tworzenia i prezentacji ważnych wydarzeń i epok historycznych. W moich badaniach skupiam się na kilku wybranych postaciach, wydarzeniach i tematach, to znaczy: narracje poholokaustowe (narracje o Zagładzie) w sztuce, poezji oraz literaturze. Te badania prowadzę przede wszystkim, aby zbadać możliwości nowych sposobów komunikacji z nowoczesnymi studentami i tworzenia nowych form uczenia o narracjach historycznych i polityce pamięci. Nowoczesne sposób komunikowania się nowoczesnych odbiorców kultury musi mieć swoje konsekwencje w nowoczesnych sposobach przedstawiania historii, tak, aby stała się ona ważnym, integralnym elementem nauczania, nie tylko studentów dziennikarstwa, nauk o komunikacji czy zarządzania, ale studentów każdego wydziału, ponieważ pamięć jest warunkiem tożsamości, nie tylko w kontekście nauk o ludzki mózgu, ale w naukach humanistycznych.
